Ho Jun senses something is going on between Woo Jin and Eun Jae. Woo Jin notices Kim Sa Bu has a problem in his arm. Min Guk gathers doctors and announces to change the system of Doldam Hospital. But Myung Shim gets furious and stands against him. Kim Sa Bu takes a bus to get back to the hospital but the bus rolls over.
