The successful doctor Yoo Sepoong becomes entangled in a conspiracy and is kicked out of the palace. He meets Jihan in Gyesu village and learns to treat those who suffer psychological illness. Finding the cause of their heartbroken feelings and writing a prescription for happiness with Eunwoo, Sepoong grows up as a true psychiatrist.
S02: The successful royal doctor Yoo Sepoong becomes entangled in a conspiracy and is kicked out of the palace. He ends up in Sorak Village and encounters Gye Jihan, the so-called crazy doctor, and the widow Eunwoo. He starts a new career treating heartsick patients, finding the cause of their heartbroken feelings and providing remedies for happiness.

Kang-il comes back to Gyesoo Clinic, all injured. Physician Gye and Se-poong devote themselves to look after him. Governor Ahn remembers who Physician Gye and Ip-bun are. He demands Ip-bun be returned to where she belongs. Meanwhile, Kang-il talks the governor into writing a petition about Se-poong.
