The successful doctor Yoo Sepoong becomes entangled in a conspiracy and is kicked out of the palace. He meets Jihan in Gyesu village and learns to treat those who suffer psychological illness. Finding the cause of their heartbroken feelings and writing a prescription for happiness with Eunwoo, Sepoong grows up as a true psychiatrist.
S02: The successful royal doctor Yoo Sepoong becomes entangled in a conspiracy and is kicked out of the palace. He ends up in Sorak Village and encounters Gye Jihan, the so-called crazy doctor, and the widow Eunwoo. He starts a new career treating heartsick patients, finding the cause of their heartbroken feelings and providing remedies for happiness.

After hearing about Shin-woo's disappearance, Se-poong and Eun-woo feel that something just doesn't add up and start looking for Shin-woo and eventually find him in a fatal condition. While taking care of him in secret, an old friend of Se-poong's makes a surprise visit with an even more surprising message. At the same time, the opposing party looks for Se-poong to end his life.
