The successful doctor Yoo Sepoong becomes entangled in a conspiracy and is kicked out of the palace. He meets Jihan in Gyesu village and learns to treat those who suffer psychological illness. Finding the cause of their heartbroken feelings and writing a prescription for happiness with Eunwoo, Sepoong grows up as a true psychiatrist.
S02: The successful royal doctor Yoo Sepoong becomes entangled in a conspiracy and is kicked out of the palace. He ends up in Sorak Village and encounters Gye Jihan, the so-called crazy doctor, and the widow Eunwoo. He starts a new career treating heartsick patients, finding the cause of their heartbroken feelings and providing remedies for happiness.

S01E08 The Plague at Sorak Village
As the plague spreads throughout Sorak Village, those who are infected are on the verge of being burned alive just for the purpose of stopping the contagion. While treating the neglected patients, even Eun-woo gets infected, and Se-poong chooses to risk everything to save her. Meanwhile, Ji-han seems to be the only one who knows enough about the plague, but he just won't say a word about it.
