The successful doctor Yoo Sepoong becomes entangled in a conspiracy and is kicked out of the palace. He meets Jihan in Gyesu village and learns to treat those who suffer psychological illness. Finding the cause of their heartbroken feelings and writing a prescription for happiness with Eunwoo, Sepoong grows up as a true psychiatrist.
S02: The successful royal doctor Yoo Sepoong becomes entangled in a conspiracy and is kicked out of the palace. He ends up in Sorak Village and encounters Gye Jihan, the so-called crazy doctor, and the widow Eunwoo. He starts a new career treating heartsick patients, finding the cause of their heartbroken feelings and providing remedies for happiness.

S01E02 Eun-Woo Covered in Blood
Se-yeob recognizes who the lady covered in blood is the moment he sees her. However, he is in no shape to save her himself. Not long after, Eun-woo is brought to Gyesoo Clinic again in a critical state. This worries Se-yeob, and he decides that he should look into whatever it is that's causing her to harm herself. Meanwhile, it seems like there is a reason why Granny keeps calling Se-yeob by the name "Poong".
